The current owners have had an entertainment license for many years and we are not proposing any change of use. We would like to utilize the current commercial kitchen to prepare and serve food to patrons that attend the events and functions. Our goal for the banquet room (see proposed floor plan and existing floor - demo plan) is to add bathrooms and increase the capacity to the legal limit for this type of usage. We will be making minor renovations to the front bar and will not be asking for any capacity change in that room. Please let us know if you have any questions or need clarification.
