To Whom It May Concern:
Over the weekend, the building located at 48 Damon Rd had a pipe burst in a third floor bathroom. This
resulted in large scale flooding in the lower floors of this building. Most of the water damage occurred
in the front part of the structure and did not include the back manufacturing area.
PORTIONS OF THIS BUILDING THAT WERE DAMAGED BY WATER ARE UNSAFE TO OCCUPY.
UNAFFECTED AREAS OF THE BUILDING MAY BE OCCUPIED. WORK AREAS IN THE AFFECTED PARTS OF
THE BUILDING MUST BE SECURED AGAINST UNAUTHORIZED ENTRY. ACCESS TO AREAS WHERE WORK
IS CONTINUING MUST BE LIMITED TO CONSTRUCTION PERSONNEL.
Additionally, in the areas that did flood, most if not all, of the electrical devices got wet. Any device that
got wet must be replaced. This includes lighting fixtures, receptacles, switches, two electrical panels,
fire alarm devices, emergency &exit lighting and all non-metallic sheathed cable. If you have any
