Dear Mr. Raza,
As you know, Building Permit #535 for the complete interior remodeling
of 320 Riverside Drive was issued under section 127 CMR780. As yet we still
have not received a letter from the architect pertaining to the structural
soundness of the building. Until we do receive a report from your architect
no certificate of occupancy will be issued. If you have any questions you
can reach me between 8:30 to 9:30 AM and noon to 1 :30 PM.
