On October 22, 2019 1 attend a meeting at 72 Lake St to discuss the wiring in the addition there. One
of the residents of this location is severely disabled and requires a great deal of electrically powered
equipment to survive. Currently this equipment regularly trips the Arc Fault breakers, which is
dangerous to the resident's health. Therefore, I am requiring that the Arc Fault breakers be removed
and be replaced by regular Breakers in the Electrical Panel. Please contact the office if you have any
