To Whom it May Concern:
We applied for a building permit to renovate 71 Woodmont Road in Northampton. It has been
vacant for 7 % years and was partially demolished when we bought it in foreclosure. My son, Eli
Taylor, is moving from California and will be living in it for the next 3 years while clear title to
the proper is acquired. We would like to complete the proposed renovations before he and his
