Slab frost walls shall be constructed using ICF's providing an R40 thermal barrier. 2" rigid
insulation will also be used under the slab. Walls shall be 2x6 construction, and be insulated
using Rockwool R-23. The 2x6 ceiling joists shall have R-30 laid across them perpendicularly,
and R-23 between them, providing an R value of R-53. A soffit to ridge vent shall be used.
Windows will meet or exceed U value 0.30. Style of window TBD.
