We have not issued any permits for that property since 2006. Based on the information you sent, I'm sure the work would require building, plumbing and electrical permits. did check the OPSI web site and it doesn't appear that Mr. Dargi has a construction supervisor's license. We have no record of Mr. Dargi in our files and have not issued any permits to him. Let me know if you need more information.
