The plan itself looks good.As far as construction, my only question is about the moisture barriers between the existing
building and the new work. I'd like to see the details before it happens.
The DPW needs to be involved in this project, because the work extends into the right of way. I can forward these plans to
the city engineer,the supenntendard of streets and the tree warden or you can contact them directly;they're copied on
this email.
I need to hear from the DPW people before we can issue the permit.
