A design check for the subject residence was done on the existing roofing and framing systems for the installation of
solar panels over the roof. From afield inspection of the property,the existing roof support structures were observed by
the client's auditors as follows:
The roof structure of(MP3-Main Hip)consists of composition shingle on 1x decking that is supported by true
dimensioned 2x6 rafters @ 24"o.c.,paired with true 1x8 ceiling joists @ 24"o.c..The rafters have a max projected
horizontal span of 14'4,with a slope of 45 degrees.The rafters are connected at the ridge to a continuous 2xg hip
rafter and are supported at the save by a load bearing wall.
The roof structure of(MP2-MP5-Small Hips)consists of composition shingle on 1x decking that is supported by nominal
2x6 rafters @ 24"o.c.,paired with nominal 2x8 ceiling joists @ 24"o.c..The rafters have a max projected horizontal span
of 6'-0",with a slope of 45 degrees.The rafters are connected at the ridge to a continuous 2xg ridge board and are
supported at the ewe by a load bearing wall.
The existing roof framing system of(MP3-Main Hip)is judged to be Inadequate to withstand the loading imposed by the
installation of the solar panels.Structural reinforcement is required. Sister upgrade is required for(MP3-Main Hip).
Stitch new 14'-0"long double 2x6 SPPg2 or DFa2(min)to existing rafters(sister on both sides)longer than 14'-0"with
Simpson SDW 22300 screws @ 16"o.c.or 30d nails @ 6"o.c.. For rafters that are 12'-0"to 14'-0"long,stitch 12'-0"long
2x6 sections to existing rafters.
The existing roof framing system of(MP2-MP5-Small Hips)is judged to be adequate W withstand the loading imposed
by the installation of the solar panels.No reinforcement Is necessary.
The spacing of the solar standoffs should be kept at 48"o.c.
I further certify that all applicable loads required by the codes and design criteria listed below were applied to the AEE
SnapNRack solar rail system and analyzed.Furthermore,the installation crews have been thoroughly trained to install
the solar panels based on the specific roof installation instructions developed by AEE SnapN Rack for the racking system
and Sunmodo for the roof connections. Finally,l accept the certifications indicated by the solar panel manufacturer for
the ability of the panels to withstand high wind and snow loads.

• Applicable Codes=Massachusetts Residential Code,9th Edition,ASCE 7-12,and 2015 NDS
• Roof Dead load=30 psf(MPI-Main Hip) — 9 psf(MP2-MP5-Small Hips)

The Limited Warranty does not apply to components which are separate from the Products,ancillary equipment and consumables,such an,for
example,cables,fuses,wires and connectors,whether supplied by SolarEdge or others.Some components may carry their awn manufacturer
warranty.See product datasheet for more details.In addition,for all power optimizers with a part number ending In C,the solarEdge warranty
III not apply to the input connector.
The Limited Warranty only applies to the buyer who has purchased the Products from an authorized seller of SolarEdge for use in accordance
with their intended purpose. The Limited!Warranty may be transferred from buyer to any assign e,and will remain in effect for fie time
period remaining under the foregoing warranties,provided that the Products are not moved outside its original country of Installation and any
reinstallation is done in accordance with the installation directions and use guidelines accompany the Products(collectively the
"Documentation").
If,during the applicable Warranty Period,buyer discovers any defect in workmanship and materials and seeks to activate the Limited
Warranty,then buyer shall,promptly after such discovery,report the defect to SolarEdge by sending an email to suaportlinsolaredte.rom with
the following information:(i)a short description of the defect,(ill the Products serial number,and(iii)a scanned copy of the purchase receipt
or warranty certificate of the applicable Product.
Upon buyees notification,SolarEdge shall determine whether the returned tlefect is eligible for coverage under the Limited Warranty. The
Produces serial number must be legible and properly attached to the Product in order to be eligible for Warranty coverage. If SolarEdge
determines that the reported defect is not eligible for coverage under the Limited Warranty,SolarEdge will notify buyer accordingly and will
explain the reason why such coverage is not available. If SolarEdge determines that the reported defect is eligible for coverage under the
Limited Warranty,SolarEdge will notify buyer accordingly,and SolarEdge may,in hs sok discretion,take any of the fallowing actions:
• repair the Product at solarEdge's facilities or on-site;or
• issue a credit note for the defective Product in an amount up to its actual value at the time buyer notifies
SolarEdge of the defect,as determined by SolarEdge,for use toward the purchase of a new Product;or
• provide Buyer with replacement units for the Product.
SolarEdge will determine whether the Product should be returned to SolarEdge and,If SolarEdge so determl red,the Return Merchandise
Authorization("RMA')Procedure(set out below)will be Invoked. Where replacement Products are sent,SPlarEdge generally sends such
products within N hours.SolarEdge may use new,used or refurbishetl parts that are at least functionally equivalent to the original part when
making warranty repairs.The repaired Product or replacement parts or Product,as applicable,shall continue to be covered under the Limited
Warranty for the remainder of the Men-current Warranty Period for the Product.
Where the RMA Procedure Is invoked by SolarEdge,SolarEdge will instruct buyer how to package and ship the Product or parts)to the
designated location. SolarEdge will bear the cost of such shipment,upon receipt of the Product or part(s),SolarEdge will,at its expense and
sole discretion,either repair or replace the Product or partls).

Warranty Exclusions: This Limited Warranty will not apply If(a)buyer is in default under the General Terms and Conditions of other
Agreement governing the purchase of the Product,or(b)the Product or any pat thereof Is:
• damaged as a result of misuse,abuse,accident,negligence or failure to maintain the Product;
• damaged as a result of modifications,alterations or attachments thereto which were riot pre-authorized in
writing by SolarEtlge;
• damaged due to the failure to observe the applicable safety regulations governing the proper use of the
Product;
• installed or operated not in grid conformance with the Documentation,including without limitation,not
ensuring sufficient ventilation for the Product as described in SolarEtlge installation guide;
• opened,modified or disassembled in any way without Solarlidge's prior written consent;
• used in combination With equipment,hems or materials not permitted by the Documentation or In Violation
of local codes and standards;
• damaged or rendered non-functional as a result of power surges,lightning,fire,flood,pest damage,accident,
action of third parties,or other events beyond Solar-Edge's reasonable control or not arising from normal
operating conditions;or
• damaged during or In connection with shipping or transport to or from buyer where buyer arranges such
shipping or transport.
This Limited Warranty does not cover cosmetic or superficial defects,dents,marks or scratches,which do not influence the proper functioning
of the Product.
THE LIMITED WARRANTIES SET OUT HEREIN ARE IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER WARRANTIES WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCTS PURCHASED BY

LG SOLAR MODULE LIMITED WARRANTY
The limited warranties specified below(hereinafter"Limited Warranty") apply to LG Soler Module models listed under Section 11
below(hereinafter"Module(s)")sold by LG Electronics U.S.A., Inc. (hereinafter"LG")and installed by a licensed contractor under
applicable local and state laws,and extend only to the original end use purchaser and subsequent owner(s)of the facility I project see
at the location on which the Module(s) is originally installed (all such persons hereinafter referred to as'Customer). The warranty
Start date("Warranty Start Date")shall be the date of purchase by the original end use purchaser.I1 the Customer is unable to provide
adequate documentation of the original purchase, the Warranty Start Date shall be ninety (90) clays after the Modules) was
manufactured.
1. 25 Years Limited Warranty for Modules)
LG will,at its sole option, repair or replace the Module(s)if it proves to be defective in material or workmanship for a period ending 25
years from the Warranty Start Date under normal application,installation,use and service conditions.
2. 25 Years Limited Warranty for Power Output
LG warrants that for a period of one(1)year from Warranty Start Date the actual power output of the module will be no less than 98%
of the labeled power output. From the Second year, the warranty for power output will decline annually by 0.5% in each of the
remaining 24 years,so that during 25th year,an actual output of at West 88%of the nameplate power output specified on the Module
will be achieved.The power output values shall be those measured under LG's standard test conditions as follows: (a)light spectrum
of AM 1.5;(b)an irradiation of 1000 W per m2 and;(c)a call temperature of 25 degrees centigrade at right angle irradiation.
0 the Module does not meet the warranted power output levels set out above when measured by LG or by an independent measuring
institute agreed to prior to testing by LG under standard last conditions(IEC 81215)taking into account a.3%measurement tolerance
range,LG will,at its sole and absolute discretion,either(i)repair the Module(s);(ii)supplement such deficiency in power by either:(a)
providing additional Module(s) to the Customer, or(b) replacing the Module(a); or(iii) Refund the difference between guaranteed
minimal power output and actual power output(measured under LG's STC)multiplied!by Me then current market price of the Mod ule(s)
or a comparable model at the time of the Customer's claim.
3. Have this Limited Warranty Applies
The remedies set forth in this Limited Warranty shall be the sole and exclusive remedies,and the original warranty period in this Limited
Warranty shall not extend beyond the period set forth therein, nor will a new warranty period begin,upon repair, replacement or pro-
rated refund due to power lose at LG's sole option provided under this Limited Warranty.
Repair or replacement will W made with new or re-manufactured Module(s)or parts and the replaced Module(s)or parts shall become
the property of LG. In the event Me Modules) is no longer available, LG reserves Me right, at it sole option. to deliver new or
remanufactured Module(s)that may differ in size,color,shape,model number,and/or power level.

the Limited Warranty as detailed In Sections 7 and 2 hereof.LG,at its sole discretion,may support the Truck Rall cost directly resulting
from removal or re-installation of Module(s)up to$450(i.e.,$350 for the first visit and$100 for the second visit). If Modulate)returned
to LG is found not to be detective or this Limited Warranty has expired,the Customer is responsible to pay for return shipping cost

4. Limited Warranty Exclusions
4-1. This Limited Warranty does NOT apply to Module(s):
(a) Sold and/or Installed outside the geographic territory of the United States and US territories;
(b) Sold AS IS or WITH ALL FAULTS or consumables;or
(c) That had a serial number or any part thereof altered,defaced or removed.
4.2. This Limited Warranty also does NOT apply to Module(s)which have been subjected to:
(a) Damage and/or failure caused by use an a mobile unit Including,but not limited to,vehicles,vessels,etc.;
(b) Damage and/or failure caused by non-compliance with national and local electric codes;
(c) Damage and/or failure mused by installations not in conformance with the Module(s)specifications,installation manuals,operation
manuals,or labels attached to the Modulate);
(d) Damage and/or failure mused by improper wiring,installation,or handling;
(e) Damage end/or failure mused by devices and/or parts other than the Module(s)or by mounting methods of such devices andlor
parts;
(f) Damage and/or failure mused by improper or incorrectly performed maintenance,operation or modification,
(g) Damage andlor failure mused by removal from the original place of installment;
(h) Damage andlor failure caused by repairs not in accordance with LG's instructions;

INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOST GOODWILL, LOST REVENUES OR PROFITS, WORK STOPPAGE, MODULE(S)
FAILURE, IMPAIRMENT OF OTHER GOODS, COSTS OF REMOVAL AND REINSTALLATION OF THE MODULE(S), LOSS OF
USE,INJURY TO PERSONS OR PROPERTYARISING OUT OR RELATED TO THE MODULE(S). LG'S TOTAL LIABILITY,IF ANY,
DAMAGES OR OTHERWISE,SHALL NOT EXCEED THE INVOICE VALUE PAID BY THE CUSTOMER FOR THE MODULE(S)OR
SERVICES)FURNISHED,WHICH IS THE SUBJECT OF A CLAIM OR DISPUTE.
SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR
ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS,SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY
NOT APPLY TO YOU. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY GIVES THE CUSTOMER SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS;CUSTOMERS MAY ALSO
HAVE OTHER RIGHTS THAT VARY FROM STATE TO STATE.
6. Assertion of Claims
The assertion of claims under this Limited Warranty presupposes that the Customer has(i)informed the authorized reseller/distributor
of our Modulate)in writing of the alleged claim,or that;(ii)this written notification has-been sent directly to the address stated in Section
7 below in the event that the authorized reselleddistributor no longer exists(eg. due to discontinuance of business or bankmptcy).
Any such assertion of claims must be accompanied by the original sales receipt as the proof of purchase and time of purchase of LG
Module(s).The assertion of the claim must occurwithin thirty(30)days from the data Mat the claim is identified.The return of Modulate)
may only occur seer the written authorization of LG has been given.
7. Obtaining Warranty Performance

LG shall not be responsible or liable to Customer or any third party for any non-performance or delay in performance of any terms and

material, rapacity, technical, yield failures or any Other unforeseen event beyond LG's control, inclutling, without limitations, any
technological,physical event or condition which is not reasonably known Or understood at the time Of sale of the Module(s)Or the claim.
9. Disputes
Except to the extent prohibited by applicable law,the Customer agrees sheflte will not bring any action,regardless Of forth, arising
Out of or in any way connected with this Limited Warranty,more than One(1)year after the cause of action has Occurred.
10. Severability
If a part, provision or section of this Limited Warranty. or its application to any person or circumstance is held invalid, void or
unenforceable,such holding shall not affect this Limited Warranty and all other parts,provisions,clauses or applications shall remain,
and,to this end,such other parts,provisions,clauses or applications of the Limited Warranty shall be treated as severable.
11. Validity
This Limited Warranty is valid from May 1, 2018 sold to specific Customers)and shall apply to below Modules of Me serial number

THIS LIMITED WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS,WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO
STATE.

WE LIMIT THE DURATION AND REMEDIES OF ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES,INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE TO THE DURATION OF THIS EXPRESS LIMITED WARRANTY. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW
LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS,SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
OUR RESPONSIBILITY FOR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS IS LIMITED TO REPAIR,REPLACEMENT OR REFUND AS DESCRIBED BELOW.
WHO MAY USE THIS WARRANTY?
SnapNrack,located at 775 Fiera Lane,Suite 200,San Luis Obispo,CA 93401("we")extend this limited warranty to the consumer who originally
purchased the product("you").If you sell the site where our products are installed,you may transfer the warranty for our products to your
buyer,provided that the products remain in the place where they originally were Installed.
WHAT DOES THIS WARRANTY COVER?
This limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship of the any SnapNrack photovoltaic solar mounting solutions(the
"Products")for the Warranty Period as defined below. In addition,products that have an anodized finish will be free from surface peeling,
cracking or chalking of the finish provided that they are not exposed to abnormal atmospheric conditions.
WHAT DOES THIS WARRANTY NOT COVER?
This limited warranty does not cover any damage due to:(a)transportation;(b)storage;(c)improper use;(d)failure to follow the product
installation manual or to perform any preventive maintenance;(e)modifications;(f)unauthorized repair;(g)normal wear and tear;or(h)
external causes such as accidents,abuse or other actions or events beyond our reasonable control.
WHAT IS THE PERIOD OF COVERAGE?
This limited warranty starts on the date the products are installed at your location and lasts for 20 years for aluminum products and 10 years
for all other products. The anodized finish warranty is five years. Each of these is a"Warranty Period".The applicable Warranty Period is not
extended if we repair or replace the products.We may change the availability of this limited warranty at our discretion.but you will always be
entitled to the warranty that was offered when you purchased the products.
WHAT ARE YOUR REMEDIES UNDER THIS WARRANTY?
With respect to any defective product during its Warranty Period,we will,in our sole discretion,either:(a)repair or replace such product(or
the defective part)free of charge or(b)refund the purchase price of such product.We will also pay for shipping and handling fees to return
the repaired or replacement product to you if we elect to repair or replace the defective product.
HOW DO YOU OBTAIN WARRANTY SERVICE?
To obtain warranty service,you must write to our address set forth above during the applicable Warranty Period. Please provide your name,
address,phone,email and any other preferred means of contact. You will also need to provide some proof of purchase of our products,which
may take the form of a work order from a solar installer that identifies the products and the date they were installed at your location.You will
be asked to provide evidence that will allow us to conclude that we have breached our warranty. If we find such a breach,we will issue you a
Return Material Authorization,if we elect to have you return the products to us.

THE REMEDIES DESCRIBED ABOVE ARE YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES AND OUR ENTIRE LIABILITY FOR ANY BREACH OF
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY.OUR LIABILITY SHALL UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES EXCEED THE ACTUAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS. WE SHALL NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OF ELECTRICAL GENERATION FROM
YOUR PHOTOVOLTAIC SYSTEM,THE COST OF UTILITY OR OTHERPOWER TO REPLACE LOST ELECTRICAL GENERATION,THE COSTS OF
ANY REPAIRS TO OTHER COMPONENTS OF YOUR PHOTOVOLTAIC SYSTEM,THE ROOF OR THE BUILDING WHERE THE PRODUCTS ARE
INSTALLED,OR ANY OTHER FORM OF CONSEQUENTIAL,INCIDENTAL,SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OR LOSSES,WHETHER DIRECT
