To whom it may concern,
We would like to build a small addition (4 feet by 13 feet) off of our living room
and put in a half bathroom. The addition would add no overall length or width to the
house, but push the existing interior to the current width of the present entrance to the
2nd floor. We would also like to add a spiral staircase into one side of that new addition
leading up to the second floor to gain access to the current attic space which we would
like to also refinish into a useable room. The addition would be a single-story high
except for where the spiral staircase would provide access to the existing 2nd floor
walk-up to the attic.
