The proposed addition doesn't meet setback requirements. Per zoning 350.9.3 A-10, you will need a special permit from the Zoning Board of Appeals. See attached. You also need to contact the Conservation Commission to find out what they'll need as far as permits. You can contact Carolyn Misch for more information about the ZBA permit process and Sarah LaValley about the Conservation Commission requirements.They're copied on this email.
