The building on Hatfield St is denied;you would need a variance for an accessory building on a lot without a principal
structure(350-2.1 Use,principal and Use,accessory)
We need more information about the additional dwelling unit at 10 Pine Brook Curve.before we can make a
determination.The project would require,at minimum,site plan approval from the planning board.
We need to see a dimensioned plot plan showing setbacks,the new building,driveway, parking spaces and open space
calculations. URB zoning requires minimum 40%open space and 8 parking spaces along with maneuvering space.
