For work proposed within the Buffer Zone (as defined in Part I, Sections 10.02(2) and 10.04 of the regulations) describe, with reference to supporting plans and calculations where necessary; (a) The size, shape, type and location of the proposed work. The proposed work involves the reconstruction of an existing soil absorption system partially within (2) 100 foot buffer zones. The total affected area is approximately 600 square feet.
