Dear Mr. Elia,
I have reviewed the application to expand the parking area at 766 North King Street in Northampton.
The original project, including the building and parking area, was subject to site plan approval by the Planning Board, and the property is subject to an order of conditions by the
Conservation. These need to be amended if the parking area is expanded.
I have included an excerpt from the master deed which has book/page references for the site plan approval and the order of conditions. You should contact Carolyn Misch at the Northampton
Planning Department for more information about the next steps in the process.
