Charles,
I finished reviewing the plans for 1020 Florence Road. They look fine.
Note that the insulation specified on the plans doesn't match the HERS rating specs; the ceiling has increased from R-38
to R-61, and the walls from R-21 to R-23.
We'll mail the permit card. I'm assuming you're all set with the conservation commission.
