Dear Mr. Keiter,
I have reviewed your zoning permit application for a driveway and a single family house on Sylvester Road in Florence.
I have approved this application with conditions. The driveway is approved as shown on the plan submitted as long as it is constructed in accordance with the Fire Department requirements.
Additionally, you must obtain a permit from the Conservation Commission if required, and a storm water permit from the Department of Public Works if the project, including the house
site, disturbs more than an acre.
You may construct a single family house on this property, served by the proposed driveway, as long as the house location meets all the setback requirements for the Rural Residential
District.
