We've received a copy of your April 3, 2008 letter concerning this property, and I have a
few questions.
Would you approve demolition of three walls of the existing barn foundation, leaving the
east wall (adjacent to the shed end wall) to serve as one side of the form for the new
foundation's east wall, when the new foundation is poured?
If you require removal of the entire existing barn foundation, do you see any code
issues with the 25' x 17'9" shed framing or condition?
Based on the presence of standing water to the west of the barn, I wonder whether
there are any wetlands issues here?
Have plans been submitted, or a permit pulled for the reconstruction?
