Dear Ms. Cavaco,
I inspected Building #2 in the Meadowbrook housing complex at 491 Bridge Road in
Northampton on a number of occasions following the fire in that building on July 22, 2013.
At the present time, 4 of the units in the building (211, 212, 221 and 231) are uninhabitable due
to damage sustained as a result of the fire. These units will not be habitable until the required repairs
and reconstruction have been completed.
