38C-020 Proposed Use 375 South StDouble Duck LLC 384 South St Northampton, Ma Contact: Richard Cahillane 413-575-6142 rcahillane@gmail.com Proposed project for 375 South St The proposed renovation for 375 South St would involve the following.  Separate the building into two sections. The main section (Sect A) would include the showroom sections, upstairs office, parts dept and main shop. The back section (Sect B) would include the back shop and wash bay.  Utilities would be separated for metering purposes.  A sprinkler system would be installed throughout the whole building. The back shed and compressor shed would be dismantled as it is more cost effective than installing sprinklers and the new tenant has no use for them.  Section A would be carpeted and re-painted. AC / Heat unit would be installed for the main shop area.  A new bathroom would be installed in Sect B. Possibly two (2) new bathrooms would be installed in the main shop area.  New tenant for section A would need appx 50 parking spaces.  New tenant (Sect A) work hours would be from 8am-6 pm  There would be no disruptive noise or activity to the neighborhood. Attached are draft layout plans for the new tenant Section A. We do not have a tenant for Section B as of now.
