Hi Louis,
Yes, 341 Audubon Road's septic system is designed to handle 5 bedrooms. The septic design (660 gallons-per-day) is actually enough
to accommodate up to 6 bedrooms - with a loading rate of 110 gpd per bedroom allowed by Title 5 regulations. So, the added 2
bedrooms to the existing 3 will be OK. Hope this helps.
