We issued the permit to demo the existing house. I think they're planning on reusing the existing foundation. I told Vadim we wouldn't
issue the full building permit without preliminary HERS. The plans are generic and don't quite match up with the foundation; the plans
show 24x36 w/o garage and the old house was 24x40. I want to update the insulation specs to make sure the house will pass when
they're done. Hopefully you can work with them.
