Any damage beyond project limit lines shall be repaired immediately to owners' satisfaction. 10. Contractor shall maintain structural integrity of project during construction through bracing, guy wires, etc. See structural for any additional notes. 11. Contractor shall perform work in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local codes. 12.
