Dear Mr. Forish,
Anything other than very minor changes to the exterior of the building at 263 King Street would require approval by the Planning Board. Increasing the height of the building from 22
feet to 26 feet is not a minor change. I could not approve that change. It would require a new hearing for site plan approval.
