The plans for the Single Family Residential addition dated 6-13-11 have been approved as noted;
Structure conforms to 780 CMR 7th addition 1 and 2 family building codes.
Energy aspects must comply with 2009 IECC prescriptive and mandatory requirements or an appropriate HERS rating. Northampton has the stretch energy code. (appendix 120AA)
Note there are reduced requirements for sunrooms.
The outside two bays of joist and rafters will receive solid full depth blocking at 1/3rd intervals.
A homeowner sunroom exemption is completed and returned ASAP.
