I request that you grant a modification to waive the requirement for construction control of the project at 238 Nonotuck Street in Florence because the work is of a minor nature, will
not affect health, accessibility, life and fire safety, or structural requirements and is impractical in that the cost of control construction is considerable when compared to the cost
of the proposed work. I will install a minimum of R-25 roof deck insulation in accordance with the 2009 International Energy Conservation code, and upon completion of the job, I will
provide a letter from Carlisle Roofing attesting that the roofing has been installed in accordance with manufacturer’s specifications and the standards of the 2009 International Building
Code. Thank you for your consideration.
