That should work but the sketch wasn't attached. Height can be 48: @ top of sign panel; frame could be a
little higher.

revision dated 7-25-17.
Thanks

Tris,
I'll need to go back and see what happened with the permit application, but these signs are
too large to be considered directional signs per the regulations. Unless I'm missing
something, the ordinance limits directional signs to max 6 sf per side:
The limitations as to the number of signs permitted does not apply to traffic or directional
signs which are necessary for the safety and direction of residents, employees, customers
and visitors (whether in a vehicle or on foot) of the business, industry, or residence. Such
signs:
(1) Shall not exceed a maximum size of six square feet.
(2) Shall not be any higher (top of sign) than four feet from the ground.
(3) Shall be limited to one such directional sign per curb cut.
(4) If lighted, shall be illuminated internally or by indirect method with white light only
and shall be in conformance with § 350-12.2.
(5) May carry the name of the business or project, provided that said name:
(a) Is clearly secondary in nature to the primary directional function of the sign; and
(b) May be no greater than 1/2 the size of the directional message.

Hi Louis,
Well in “speedy" fashion we resolved our sign permit applied for last fall I believe with the
$100 fee paid.
Attached are plans as per Carolyn's direction of using directional signs at the 2 curb cuts,
one for accessible parking with the other non accessible.
I hope this meets approvals so we can make the signs asap.
Thanks
Tris
