The plans for the Single Family Residential remodel dated 4-11-11 have been approved as noted;
Structure conforms to 780 CMR 7th addition 1 and 2 family building codes.
Energy aspects must comply with 2009 IECC prescriptive and mandatory requirements or an appropriate HERS rating. Northampton has the stretch energy code. (appendix 120AA)
Must be a smoke and CO within 10’ of bedrooms and one each floor with smoke detectors in each bedroom.
There must be complete and continuous air barriers behind tubs and showers before installation.
