199 Pine meeting minutes 11-1-16Job Meeting Notes Date: November 1, 2016 Location: Pioneer Valley Educational Press 199 Pine Street Warehouse Project Florence, MA Project Status: Concrete floors have been replaced. Bathroom concrete floor are repaired. The Building permit application was submitted on 10/31. Fire suppression drawings will be created and submitted by the Sprinkler contractor. Review the roof insulation. Gaps in the insulation are causing condensation and water leaking onto the floor. New Items: • Crocker to provide electronic copies of drawings showing building dimensions for the rack storage supplier. 11/1/16. • Electrician will install cat 5 cables to both ends of the building to allow wireless router to be set up. 11/1/16. • An IT room/ closet will be created in the janitor room area. 11/1/16. • The Owners will contact their cable provide to determine the D-mark location in the building.11/1/16. • Upgraded lighting will be discussed between the Owners and the Power Company. 11/1/16. • Will the exit doors require panic hardware? 11/1/16. Open Items: • Crocker will apply for the building permit on October 31st. closed item. • Siegfried Porth the project Architect has made two significant requirements to be added to the project. 11/1/16. 1. The wall separating the warehouse connection to the Arts and industry Building will require a 3 hour rated separation wall. 2. The Entry door will need to meet Architectural standards and the access modified. • The Owners have requested the removal of the chain link fencing along Corticelli Street.10/25/16.Completed 10/27/16. Closed item • Crocker will provide samples for the flooring, wall colors, toilet partitions and countertops. 10/25/16. Countertop and toilet partition samples are still needed. 11/1/16 • Our HVAC contractor will provide an alternate price to change the existing ductwork in the bathrooms and break room to updated spiral ductwork. 10/25/16. Ductwork will be installed as part of the HVAC project. 10/31/16 Closed. Owner Contractor Items: • Crocker will submit the first invoicing after review and approval from the project Architect. 11/1/16 Next scheduled meeting date is Tuesday, November 8st, 10:00 am at the jobsite.
