Project Status:
Sprinkler work is complete.
Plumbing Inspection was completed but will not be signed off until the bollards are installed to prevent motor vehicle entry via the overhead door.
New Items:
We will need a final sign off from the Building Plumbing and Electrical Inspectors prior to Occupancy. 3/21/17.
Roofing repairs nearly complete. We have a couple persistent leaks we are working to correct. 3/21/17.
Rack installation schedule to allow completion of the Fire Alarm and emergency / Exit lighting.
Open Items:
We have a leak in the underground sprinkler system. We have a contractor scheduled for Friday 2/24 to attempt to locate the problem.
The leak is the post indicator valve and a cost estimate has been submitted for approval.
The faulty PIV (post indicator valve) has been replaced. Work has been completed.
A cleaning service will be scheduled to clean the bathrooms and break area and sweep the main warehouse floor. BKN to be onsite today 2/28 to review. Work has been completed.
The electricians need the NEMA configuration for the forklift charging outlets.
Owner Contractor Items:
Crocker will provide updated billing including the credits and extras for the end of this month.
Next scheduled meeting date is Tuesday, March 28th, 10:00 am at the jobsite.
