FINAL PUNCH LIST

PROJECT: 155 LIVE – Northampton, MA

Representatives of this office visited the job site for the above referenced project on April 23, 2018. The
purpose of the visit was to perform a final punch list of the Mechanical, Plumbing, Fire Protection and
Electrical Systems. In general, the work observed appears to be in accordance with the Contract
Documents and State and Local Codes, except as noted herein.
Mechanical
1. Unit 110A kitchen hood was not working.
2. Provide Manufacturer start-up for VRF systems.
3. Provide Owner training for VRF Systems.
4. Provide O&M manuals.
5. Provide As-built Drawings.
Plumbing
1. Label all exposed piping at Retail space ceiling.
2. Provide insulation kit below lavatories in public restrooms.
3. Unit 110A, install seat at water closet.
4. Provide O&M manuals.
5. Provide as-built drawings.
Fire Protection
1. Remove tape from sprinklers in Maintenance 122.
2. Label exposed piping at Retail Space ceiling.
3. Provide final test reports.
4. Provide O&M Manuals.
5. Provide As-built Drawings.
Electrical
1. Provide the two (2) Type ‘BB’ Lighting Fixtures on the Building Exterior between Column Lines 10
and 14.
2. Provide the weatherproof GFI service receptacles on the roof at the condensing units located between
Column Lines 10 and 14.
3. At the kitchen counters in the Studio Apartment Units, the Electrical Contractor provided GFI-Arc
Fault Circuit Breakers in lieu of the specified GFI duplex receptacles.
4. At the kitchen counters in the one Bedroom Apartment Units, the Electrical Contractor provided
GFI-Arc Fault Circuit Breakers in lieu of the specified GFI duplex receptacles.

5. In the Studio Apartments, the Electrical Contractor did not provide the structured media center for
voice, cable TV and data located in the closet.
6. In the Studio Apartments, the Electrical Contractor did not provide the specified number of telephone
outlets and cable TV outlets.
7. In the One Bedroom Apartments, the Electrical Contractor did not provide the structured media center
for voice, cable TV and data located in the closet.
8. In the One Bedroom Apartments, the Electrical Contractor did not provide the specified number of
telephone outlets.
9. After the HAP Reception Counter is installed, the Electrical Contractor shall install the duplex
receptacles and tele/data outlet back boxes.
10. Remove the covers from the fire alarm system smoke detectors.
11. Remove the shipping packaging from the lighting fixtures located in the first floor office areas.
12. After the touch up painting is completed, The Electrical Contractor shall install the missing device
plates. (Few Locations.)
13. Provide the Generator Start-Up Test Report.
14. Provide the Fire Alarm System Test Report.
15. Provide O&M Manuals
16. Provide As-Built Drawings
