RE: Planning Decision — City of Northampton
Hearing No.: PLN -2015-0016 Dated: November 21, 2014.
Dear Inspector:
Per the Planning Board Flearing No. PLN -2015-0016 "condition of approval" the building
exterior lighting had to comply with the following requirements:
1. All Lights Must be color temperature of 3,,O41O1 or less.
2. Wall lights intended to wash the faqade must be directed so that the illumination is cutoff
by the roof eaves. Illumination shall be cutoffno further from the building than the
midpoint of the eave.
3. Wall lights shall be as shown on the Spec Sheet: "Duo metal halide with no greater
than 1 -degree uplighting for wall wash". LED or other light type is allowed.
4. Wall lights shall not exceed a 39 W bulb as shown on in the Option.
5. All exterior lighting fixtures and installations are compliant with the City of
Northampton's lighting ordinance.
A Representative Building'Engineering Resources has p �rformed a walk-through of the prQject,
on April 23, 24.118 and confirms all abov'e-listed items have been met.
