I) WORK IN PROGRESS:
· Exterior site work is near completion
· Final punch list work is underway
· Final finish and touch up work is ongoing
· Window issues are being addressed
II) OBSERVATIONS:
· Rain screen is complete
· All units and common spaces are near completion
· Site appears to be managed well, safety protocols are emphasized & enforced by GC
· First floor retail space is the current location for all regular job meetings
· Work appears to be completed in accordance with plans and specifications
III) ANTICIPATED WORK IN THE NEXT 4 WEEKS
· Finish all pending work and punch list items
