2018_0316 Live 155 - Monthly Report - February CONTROLLED CONSTRUCTION SUMMARY: FEBRUARY 2018 PROJECT NAME/LOCATION: LIVE 155/155 Pleasant St ARCHITECT’S PROJECT #: 201420 DATE ISSUED: 03/16/2018 ESTIMATED % COMPLETION: 92% SCHEDULE CONFORMANCE: YES PRESENT ON SITE: Peter Makrauer - LDa, Douglas Dick – LDa, Peter Frothingham – PFRA I) WORK IN PROGRESS: · Rain screen fiber cement panel installation is almost complete · Plumbing fixtures are being installed · Unit appliances are being installed · Unit doors, trim, forbo flooring and tile installations are ongoing · Unit finish painting is ongoing · Finish site grading underway II) OBSERVATIONS: · 4th floor units are near completion and ready for punch list · Exterior elevations are near completion and ready for preliminary punch list · Storefront installation at retail area is complete · All cabinets have been installed · Site appears to be managed well, safety protocols are emphasized & enforced by GC · First floor office space is the current location for all regular job meetings · Work appears to be completed in accordance with plans and specifications III) ANTICIPATED WORK IN THE NEXT 4 WEEKS · Finish installation of FCP panels · Continue installation of all finishes · Prepare all units for punch list IV) INFORMATION/ACTION REQUIRED: · None at this time NOTE: WEEKLY CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITY SUMMARIES & PROJECT SCHEDULE UPDATES ARE INCLUDED WITH THIS DOCUMENT. Site work planning meeting with subs & design team last week 2. Rain Screen: Installation above the 12’ band 99% complete. 3. Forbo flooring complete on units in 4W & 3W, 4E underway. 4. Counters: Vanities installed on 4W, 3W & 2W, Kitchens complete on 4W, started on 4E & 3W 5. Kitchen cabinets: all cabinets on site, installations underway on 2E, then 1W & WF kitchen 6. Plumbing Fixtures: installations complete where possible all over the building 7. Elevator: Installation nearing completion 8. Working with the city on CO – hardscape must be complete GOALS 1. Forbo – increase capacity to 20+ units per week 2. Windows: field test next week 3. Elevator: Complete installation 4. FCP: more materials being delivered tomorrow 5. Site work restarted, pouring concrete base for pavers at South Entry 2. Rain Screen: Installing below 12’ band. Almost complete along South side 3. Forbo: higher quality & productivity crew on site, completed 20 units last week 4. Solid Surface: Complete on 4, except 417 ADA 5. Kitchen cabinets: all cabinets installed except WF kitchen 6. Plumbing Fixtures: installations complete where possible all over the building 7. Elevator: Flooring installed 8. Working with the city on CO – hardscape must be complete 9. A/D Window Testing complete – extended warranty required 10. Final electrical & data inspections on 4th floor apartments & above ceiling & 3rd floor apartments GOALS 1.
