PRESENT ON SITE: Peter Makrauer - LDa, Peter Frothingham – PFRA
I) WORK IN PROGRESS:
· Framing on miscellaneous details ongoing
· Window installation is underway
· Rough electrical, plumbing, HVAC, FP provisions ongoing
· Masonry work has started
· The building is starting to be wrapped with rigid insulation
II) OBSERVATIONS:
· Roof system installation almost complete
· Framing is almost complete
· Permanent power has been installed on site
· Many rough inspections have been completed
· Site appears to be managed well, safety protocols are emphasized & enforced by GC.
· Site trailer continues to be the location for all regular job meetings.
· Work appears to be completed in accordance with plans and specifications.
III) ANTICIPATED WORK IN THE NEXT 4 WEEKS
· Complete framing
· Rough for MEP/FP to continue
· Continue masonry installation
· Finish window installation

ACCOMPLISHMENTS
1. Roof: 75% complete.
2. Trades on site: framers, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, FP, roofers, drywall, siding, mason.
3. Mason on site. Precast installation and layout underway.
4. Exterior door frames released.
5. Window delivery. Layout complete.
6. Metal and trims in fabrication.
7. New telcom contractor on board.
GOALS
1. Framing: continue work on misc details
2. Roofing: complete installation
3. Mechanical subs: continue rough
4. Mobilize mason to start brick work
5. Install windows and survey building
6. Mock up water test. Order FCP.
7. Finalize counter and finish millwork scope.
8. Finalize acoustical ceiling layout.

3. 1st Batch of Windows: Installation almost compete
4. Mason: started setting pre-cast
5. Mechanical Coordination: sign off on 2nd floor coordination drawings 07.18
6. Carlisle CCW-705: Approval for 30 day extension
GOALS
1. Framing: continue work on misc details
2. Mechanical subs: continue rough
3. Continue masonry installation
4. Finish installation of 1st batch of windows & start the next 40 windows 7/24
5. Water Test on 2 FCP windows 7/28

5. Mason: started installing brick at South elevation
6. Started wrapping the building with rigid insulation
