I) WORK IN PROGRESS:
· Fabrication & Installation of wall and floor panels – 3rd floor panel work is complete.
· Elevator shaft construction ongoing
· Rough electrical & plumbing provisions ongoing
II) OBSERVATIONS:
· Wall panel and floor system installation ongoing.
· Site appears to be managed well, safety protocols are emphasized & enforced by GC.
· Site trailer continues to be the location for all regular job meetings.
· Work appears to be completed in accordance with plans and specifications.
III) ANTICIPATED WORK IN THE NEXT 4 WEEKS
· Continue installation of wall and floor panels
· Complete roof framing & canopy framing
· Begin building wrap, roofing preparation.
· Rough for MEP/FP to continue.
