In accordance with 780 CMR107.6, I have completed field visits and observed the following work:

Upper sidewalk concrete poured
Site Light by sidewalk installed
All interior doors and trim installed in Addition
Tile and grout complete
Exterior wood shingles 97% complete
Exterior painting for Entry Addition is on-going
Interior painting and stain is on-going
Schedule:
Schedule shows building and upper walkway complete by 12 Sep. 2017.
GH confirms Fall semester check in is 1 Sep. 2017.

2.01 01/12/17 – Lighting Review

05/04/17 – GH is awaiting a delivery date from Theatrix for
specified fixtures and will contact BW and arrange for
temporary fixtures to be installed by 16 May for events on 19
May 2017.
05/11/17 – GG will provide a price for dimmers and interface
for specified theatrical lights.
06/15/17 – CF will provide an ASI for the dimmer mods. JC
will contact GG for pricing.
06/29/17 – CH will check with Bruce Wallace on fixtures
07/13/17 – BK will check with GG on dimmer submittal. BW
confirms fixtures will be available around mid-July.

2.06 01/12/17 – At-Grade Walkway Construction –

04/20/17 – Final layout and location of at-grade walk will be
confirmed after cleaning of sanitary line in June 2017.

issued.

14.06 04/06/17 – Condenser Screening Fence –
Please see previous minutes for complete history of this item.
05/11/17 – JC will contact DD and ask the heat pump support
stand to be rebuilt to match the footprint of unit. Fencing to
have 5/4 wood cap at top.
06/15/17 – DD confirmed the support will be re-built per GH
sketch during the week of 19-23 June. TJC site foreman will
review with GH prior to work being done.
07/13/17 – Fencing scheduled around 21 July.
07/27/17 – Fencing scheduled around 28 July.

18.03 05/04/17 – Mech. Rm. Lighting – GH asks for three ceiling-
mount fixtures to be installed in Mech. Rm. 104 after all MEP
work is complete, fixtures to be same as Dock Rm. lights. Type
“A” fixture (round and heavy) scheduled for Mech. Rm. to be
installed on ceiling of Vestibule 101.

20.02 05/25/17 – Stone Retaining Wall – Allegrone will provide a
stone (boulder) retaining wall to the NE of the building where
the bank has been cut. Mike Marion will source and provide
local boulders for this. Extent of wall and details to be reviewed
with GH in the field at the next job meeting.
06/08/17 – Team will discuss at next job meeting.
06/15/17 – Details for the retaining wall, paving, and drainage

were reviewed. CF/JS will provide an SK for review by GH for
next meeting.
06/29/17 – Sketch provided by CF. CF clarifies curve of wall at
north end to be smooth and tangent to straight section east of
building. JC & MM to review and comment.
07/13/17 – Wall to be installed after lower site work complete.

20.05 05/25/17 – Card Readers – Smith College has requested card
readers at the two exterior doors to the building. JC will discuss
with GH and will contact Chad Gagnon at the College to
discuss options and to coordinate with new hardware package.
06/08/17 – GH will discuss with CG and JC will contact Gregg
Lewis at BSAH for coordination. CF will issue ASI when design
is clarified.
06/29/17 – ASI issued. JC to confirm specs with BSAH.
07/27/17 – Card Readers (if used) to be provided by Smith
College, all prep by Allegrone

Storage Room 204 will have a canted wood threshold.

submit info on what they’re carrying in their bid and CF will

23.02 06/29/17 – New Fiber Optic Line – Hogan will install new FO
line using existing steam tunnel. Detail at existing concrete
headwall TBD.
07/13/17 – JC will request scope and pricing from Hogan for
this work. Raceway will be provided by Orchard Elec.

24.01 07/13/17 – ADA/AAB Interior Signage – GH confirms he’ll
provide the AAB required interior signage and Allegrone will
install. CF to forward GH list of interior signs. GH will also ask
Laura Rauscher (LR) Director of Disability Services for SC to

24.11 07/13/17 – Sewer Manhole Repairs #5, #6, #7 – GH confirms
bidding for manhole #5, #6, and #7 repairs will take place in
