Nicole,
I reviewed your permit application. The original White Oaks Woods subdivision on Dunphy Drive is subject to conservation restrictions. The proposed
pool is located near or past the limit of work line indicated on the approved site plan. I've attached a copy of that plan. Please have stakes placed by a
surveyor or wetlands specialist along the limit of work line and ensure the pool or apron does not encroach. Call to arrange for an inspection when the
stakes are in place.
You can also contact the conservation commission through Sarah LaValley for more information about the restrictions. I've copied her on this email.
