This Declaration of Protective Covenants is made this 8th day of September, 2006
by Dionne Management Team. LLC effecting building lot shown as lot 2 on Plan Book
197, Page 111 ("plan") of the Hampton County Registry of Deeds.
In reference to site plan recorded herewith, permanent markers shall be installed along
the Limit of Work Line and spaced fifteen feet apart. The markers shall be maintained by
the property owner and no work, including cutting or removal of vegetation, shall occur
beyond the Limit of Work Line. A plan showing the location of the markers along with
final house design shall be submitted to the Northampton Conservation Commission prior
to requesting a Certificate of Compliance.
Any instrument conveying any or all of the owners' interest in said property or any
portion thereof, shall contain language similar to the following:
This property is subject to the Northampton Wetlands Protection Ordinance and/or
Wetlands Protection Act. Any construction or maintenance performed on this property
requites an ~ of Conditions, and/or Determination of Applicability from the
Northampton Conservation Commission.
