Dear Property Owners,
I have reviewed the zoning application for the property at 144 King Street here in Northampton. In accordance with the finding approved by the Zoning Board of Appeals, I have approved use of the
property by J. N. Phillips Auto Glass as an automobile repair facility.
The Zoning Board set conditions of approval requiring two planting strips, one along King Street
and one along Bright Street. It is impractical to do this sort of work during winter. You may occupy the
building at this time but the work on the planting strips must be completed by June 1, 2012.
I have included a copy of the Zoning Board’s decision. Please contact me if you have any questions.
