In accordance with 780 CMR,the Massachusetts State Building Code,8th Edition,section 107.6,I,
Jeffrey Scott Penn,Architect,MA license AR9525 hereby Certify that I have reviewed IBC 2009,780
CMR 8th edition and tHeconstruction documents and observed the actual construction of Building 10 at
94 Industrial Park,Northampton,Ma.
The project was accomplished professionally and satisfactorily.The sitework is unfinished at present.
The RetentioniBioretention basins and grading have been completed,but the soil stabilizing plantings
will have difficulty due to the hot and dry conditions and the new trees will not be planted until fall.
The Owner will maintain and monitor the site conditions especially after rain events and report any
erosion,siltation or other failure to the Conservation Commission with timely remediation as overseen
by a professional wetland specialist (such as Heritage Surveys).Proper conditions will be verified or
restored in the fall prior to seeking [mal approval (with a further 3 year review/report and ongoing
monitoring to verify operations and condition).
