MESSAGE:
This response to the Notification of Wetlands Protection Act File Number letter dated 8/29/2017 is
submitted on behalf of John Citro. The items noted by the DEP in the referenced letter, along with the
responses in italics, are as follows.
[1] The Commission shall wait for 30 days or comments received, from NHESP, before it closes the
public hearing.
Comment addressed to the Commission. Response from John Citro not required.
[2] There is insufficient cut between elevations 123 to 125.
The Wetlands Permitting Plan for 86 Riverbank Road was revised to reflect a proposed finish floor
elevation in accordance with 780 CMR 120.G. The compensatory storage calculations were revised
accordingly. Please see the enclosed plan dated 8/1/2018.
