Detailed Project Information Special Permit Description: Special Permit details: I. The proposed infill addition, which does not change the use, will not detrimentally affected the adjoining premises. 2. The proposed renovation with minimal addition will not affect traffic patterns as no increase in patient traffic is expected. 3. The infill condition will promote a harmonious relationship to the street by using the same construction materials and colors that are existing on the building now. 4. The small infill addition will have no effect on the general welfare. 5. As this site has off-street parking, there will be no parking overload.
