Dear Ms Sinarsky and Ms Hansmann:

When we met in the office on July 20 with Mr. Wang, your
landlord, we agreed that pursuant to the order issued by the
Northampton Building Inspector, you would vacate the premises
right away, and Mr. Wang would return to you $1,193.54,
representing rent for the period after July 19, the date of
the order. Mr. Wang immediately wrote out and tendered to you
checks (copy enclosed), but you declined to accept them
pending consultation with your attorney.
It has now been over ten days, and I have heard nothing
from any attorney on your behalf, the checks remain in my
office for you to pick up, and I understand that you are still
living in the premises.
Please understand that the Building Inspector has issued
an order requiring the building to be vacated. It is essential
to comply with this order. As you indicated at our meeting
that you had secured other quarters and were prepared and
willing to move out forthwith, both Mr. Wang and I were left
with the impression that you would would be doing so.
Kindly vacate the premises forthwith, and pick up your
checks in the office (leaving the signed receipt) when you
have done so.
Thank you very much.
Very truly yours,
Richard M. Evans
