Mr. Wang immediately wrote out and tendered to you checks (copy enclosed), but you declined to accept them pending consultation with your attorney. It has now been over ten days, and I have heard nothing from any attorney on your behalf, the checks remain in my office for you to pick up, and I understand that you are still living in the premises. Please understand that the Building Inspector has issued an order requiring the building to be vacated. It is essential to comply with this order. As you indicated at our meeting that you had secured other quarters and were prepared and willing to move out forthwith, both Mr. Wang and I were left with the impression that you would would be doing so.
