WORK COMPLETED SINCE PREVIOUS INSPECTION
Tenant A space: Work completed.
Tenant B space: Work completed. I
Tenant C & D space: Emergency exit signs and lights as well as fire alarms installed. Doors and hardware
installed, acoustic ceiling hung and HVAC installed, general lighting completed. Counters installed in rooms where
required. All vct and vinyl cove base installed as per plan.
OBSERVATIONS
VCT and vinyl cove base needed to be installed in tenant D lab, carpeting needed to be installed as per plan in
tenant C. Bathrooms complete with handicap bars mirrors and all accessories as well as GFI outlets and
ventilation. Lever handles on all passdoors. Clear means of egress. Panic hardware on all exit doors. Handicap
parking spaces delineated and signed. Entrances ADA accessible.
INFORMATION OR ACTION REQUIRED
Work in progress is in general compliance with the plans and specifications.
This building is ready for occupancy.
