Detailed Project Information
Finding Description: 1. Proposed design eliminates existing curb cuts therefore allowing on additional,
metered, public parking space (approximately 20'6") on Center Street.
2. Because we are eliminating the curb cut and vehicular access to the site, pedestrians will have an
undisturbed circulation path to the site and beyond. A bike rack is also proposed on site.
3. We are providing improvement to bicycle and pedestrian access.
Onsite Traffic Description: N/A. There is no parking on site or curb cuts on site.
Offsite Traffic Description: Because we are eliminating the curb cut and vehicular access to the site,
pedestrians will have an undisturbed circulation path to the site and beyond. A bike rack is also
proposed on site.
