Advise architect of any error or discrepancy. 2.Contractor shall coordinate work to minimize the amount of time the market retail operations are closed to the public. 3.Contractor shall locate all existing utilities in areas of work. If utilities are to remain, provide adequate means of support and protection during work. 4.Contractor shall consult and obtain permission from utility owners prior to commencement of work. Cooperate with owner and utility company in keeping respective services and facilities in operation. Repair damaged utilities to satisfaction of owner. Secure approval of connections to existing utilities from appropriate utility company and notify local authorities prior to covering. 5.No open excavations shall be left open at the end of a day's work without adequate protective barricades to assure public safety. 6.Install and maintain adequate bracing or shoring required to prevent filling-in or cave-ins of adjacent materials at all times. 7.Contractors shall not damage the site beyond project limit lines. Any damage beyond project limit lines shall be repaired immediately to owners' satisfaction. 8.Contractor shall maintain structural integrity of project during construction through bracing, guy wires, etc. See structural notes. 9.Contractor shall perform work in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local codes.
