interior components of the remaining building, and provide a shell structure for tenant fit
outs, This includes adjustments to the existing plumbing & electrical systems, and add
new HVAC systems. The exterior will be refinished in new materials.
506 Change of Occupancy – Proposed Use Group: Mixed use; Business (B) and
Mercantile (M); Previous use group was Mercantile (M).
Construction Type: 5B - Combustible.

This building is classified as an Alteration level 3. This includes Sections 503 and 504
for Alteration Levels 1 and 2.
