PRESENT AT SITE:

To the best of our knowledge, the Work being performed is in accordance with the Contract Documents,
unless noted otherwise, and is progressing as described below.
WORK IN PROGRESS:
1)Foundation, Footings & Slab work 100% complete.
2)Underground plumbing 100% complete.
3)Rough framing 90% complete.
4)Rough plumbing 90% complete.
5)Rough Electrical 10% complete.
6)Ductwork installation 5% complete.
7)Exterior Finish work 30% complete.
8)Site work on-going.
OBSERVATIONS / ACTION REQUIRED:
9)The underslab grease trap was substituted with an above-ground model (not yet installed). This is
acceptable. We have requested a submittal from the GC for review.
10)(4) Convenience floor drains were deleted from the scope; This is acceptable.
11)The Urinal has been deleted from the scope. This is acceptable.
12)Door #105 was framed incorrectly and does not meet ADA code. The GC shall modify the framing for the
door to match 1/A1.1.
13)The diagonal bracing was not installed at the back line soffit. The GC shall install diagonal bracing per
detail 6/A1.3.
14)The Drive-Thru canopy was framed incorrectly. The LVL's shall to be continuous through the building and
secured to the roof as detailed and shown on 2/A4.2 & S1.2.
15)The shear walls were not completed at 9 of 10 locations indicated on Drawing S1.1. The GC shall add
shear wall framing & fasteners per details and locations on Drawing S1.1.
16)The water lines for the toilets shall be increased to 1-1/4” to accommodate tankless toilets.

17)All exterior electrical boxes were installed with the exception of the signs on the monolith, and (3) light
fixtures on the West Elevation. GC to install these per Drawings E1.1 & E1.3.
