Carolyn/Louis,
Based on the current construction schedule and the winter conditions setting in, we would like to pave the binder course
with rims set to that grade, stripe the lot and wait on the topcoat until the spring, so that we can get a nice finish on the
top coat. It is also logical to plant in the spring at this point. Please let me know if this would affect Manny getting a
Temp C.O. Thanks for all your help on this project.
