To the best of our knowledge, the Work being performed is in accordance with the Contract Documents,
unless noted otherwise, and is progressing as described below.
WORK IN PROGRESS:
1) Rough framing 100% complete.
2) Interior substrate installation100% complete.
3) Rough plumbing 100% complete.
4) Ductwork installation 95% complete. Exhaust fan ductwork & hoods not yet installed.
5) Exterior finish work 95% complete.
6) Site work 80% complete – sign installation in progress. Pavement topcoat to be completed in the Spring.
7) Final equipment connections to electrical/plumbing in progress.
OBSERVATIONS / ACTION REQUIRED:
8) The Drive-Thru canopy posts & caps were corrected since the previous visit and is in compliance with the
Construction Documents.
9) The shear walls were corrected at the Vestibule since the previous visit and is in compliance with the
Construction Documents. Per SKA-3, 1/2” plywood was added and is in compliance with the Construction
Documents.
10) Directional sign placement locations deviate from sheet A0.2 - this modification is acceptable.
11) Fire extinguishers were not yet installed - GC to install per Construction Documents & Fire Marshal
direction.
12) Glazing at the vestibule storefront system adjacent to door #100 & door #101 are not yet installed - GC to
install per Drawings SKA-3.
13) Emergency Light remote heads at all exterior doors have not yet been installed - GC to install per
Construction Documents.
14) Exhaust hoods have not yet been installed - GC to install per Construction Documents.
15) (1) Wall sconce light fixture missing from Drive-Thru side of building – GC to install wall sconce light
fixture & connect to elect circuit as required.

16) EF-2 remained in its existing location within 10'-0” of the roof edge – As discussed, GC shall install
guardrail on top of the parapet at 42” minimum from roof to top of guard rail. This is an acceptable
deviation from the plans.
17) 90% of all metal coping missing – GC to install remainder of coping per Construction Documents.
18) Downspouts missing from both pre-fab canopies at the Vestibule. The underground drainage was
installed per previous field report. GC to install downspouts & connect to underground drainage.
19) Scupper boxes and downspouts not painted correctly – GC to paint scupper boxes and downspouts per
Construction Documents.
